Notarize Flags for Signing

Post-it 680-NZ2 flags are designed for professionals who need to mark signature lines on contracts, forms or legal papers without writing on the original document. The yellow "Notarize" print makes each flag easy to spot at a glance.

Two Dispensers for Quick Access

Each pack contains two dispensers holding 50 flags apiece, so a fresh flag is always at hand during high-volume signing sessions. The adhesive sticks securely to paper yet removes cleanly, leaving no residue on sensitive pages.

Upgrade from Handwritten Notes

These flags replace the habit of scribbling "sign here" in margins or using generic tabs that lack clear intent labeling. The switch is worthwhile when document turnaround speed and a clean, professional appearance matter most.

Questions about this item

What width does the 1.7 in flag cover on a page?

Each flag measures 1.7 inches long by 1 inch wide, highlighting a one-inch strip where a signature is needed.

How much desk space do the two dispensers occupy?

The pack dimensions are 3.1 inches by 2.7 inches, so both dispensers fit in a small tray or drawer.

How do I load the flags so they feed one at a time?

Pull the first flag straight up from the dispenser notch; tearing sideways causes the next flag to jam.
