Post-it "Sign Here" Flag Pack

This pack contains twelve dispensers of yellow "Sign Here" flags, each holding fifty individual flags that measure one inch wide. The flags are designed to draw attention to signature lines on documents and contracts. They stick securely yet remove cleanly without damaging paper. The dispensers fit inside standard desk organisers for quick access.

Replacing Loose Flag Stacks

Loose flag pads often scatter inside drawers and lose their adhesive after repeated handling. These dispensers keep every flag flat, protected and ready to peel with one hand. The upgrade is worth it when you sign or review multi-page agreements daily and need a reliable supply that stays organised. The bulk twelve-pack prevents reordering interruptions during busy periods.

Desk-Ready Installation

Each dispenser is pre-loaded and requires no assembly; simply open the pack and place a unit in a drawer organiser or on the desktop. The only common issue is accidental double-feeds if the dispenser is shaken, which can be resolved by tapping it gently to realign the stack. Flags reposition cleanly if initially placed off-target.

Questions about this item

How wide are the individual flags so I know they fit my document margins?

Each flag measures 1.00 inch wide, sized to sit on standard letter and A4 pages without overhang.

Do the dispensers load from the top or the side, and which way should the arrow point when I refill?

The dispenser opens from the top; insert the flag stack with the printed "Sign Here" arrow facing up so it feeds correctly.

When the adhesive loses tack after repeated repositioning, can I buy refill packs for these dispensers?

Yes, Post-it sells 50-flag refill packs that fit the 680-SH12 dispensers, letting you reuse the original 12 dispensers.
