Post-it Sign Here Flags 4 Pack

Post-it 684-SH Sign Here flags come in a four-pack of dispensers coloured green, red, blue and yellow. Each flag measures .47 inches wide by 1.7 inches long and carries a printed "Sign Here" message. The adhesive sticks securely to documents and removes cleanly without leaving residue. They are designed to speed up the signature process by marking exactly where a signature is needed.

Office workers handling contracts

These flags suit anyone who regularly processes paperwork that requires multiple signatures, such as contracts, forms or approval sheets. The bright colours and clear message make signature lines easy to locate at a glance. Buyers who need blank flags for colour-coding or annotating without a pre-printed message should look at something else.

.47 x 1.7 inch flag size

The critical specification is the physical flag dimension of .47 inches by 1.7 inches, which determines whether the flag fits the signature lines on your specific documents. Verify this size against the forms you use before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 0.47 in wide Sign Here flags to a document without misplacing them?

Pull a flag from the dispenser, press the adhesive end onto the page at the signature line, and leave the printed arrow visible; the 1.7 in length keeps the message clear.

When will the adhesive on the 684-SH flags lose its grip and need replacing?

Each flag is single-use; once removed it will not restick cleanly, so replace the dispenser when the 30 flags inside are used.

What runs out first during a long signing session with the 4-pack of dispensers?

The 30 flags per dispenser deplete quickly on high-volume jobs, so the limit is the flag count rather than adhesive performance.
