High-output 48 VDC supply

The Power One FNP1500-48 delivers 1500 W of regulated 48 VDC power for rack-mount servers, telecom equipment and industrial systems that require a single high-current rail. It suits integrators building dense power shelves or replacing failed units in existing 48 VDC infrastructures.

Front-access AC-DC module

The unit slides into a compatible shelf and locks with thumbscrews, so no tools are needed for swap-out. Installers must verify that the shelf provides the correct AC inlet, output bus bars and signalling pins; mismatched pinouts or an undersized AC feed are the most common causes of start-up failure.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the unit is delivering 48 VDC after installation?

Measure the output terminals with a multimeter set to DC voltage; a reading at or near 48 V under load shows the supply is operating correctly.

What cables or connectors are included with the FNP1500-48 and what must I source separately?

The unit ships with the power supply only; AC input cord, DC output cables and any mounting hardware must be purchased separately.
