powerfeng LiftingHooks0611 Weight Training Hooks Wrist Straps Black

Powerfeng Lifting Hooks for Strength Training

These lifting hooks use solid steel hooks and double-stitched nylon straps to transfer load from the fingers to the wrist. The 700 lbs rated capacity lets lifters continue a set after grip fatigue would normally stop them. Suitable for adult men and women across a range of pulling movements.

Rubber-Coated Hook and Loop Wrist Straps

The ultra-thick chloroprene rubber lining cushions the wrist while the hook-and-loop closure secures the strap without slipping. This combination keeps the hook aligned with the bar during deadlifts, shrugs, barbell rows, cable rows and upright rows. The design reduces pressure points that cause discomfort on heavy sets.

Built for Lifters Limited by Grip Strength

Ideal for athletes whose hands fail before the target muscles in pulling exercises. Not suited for pressing movements, Olympic lifts requiring a rotating grip, or anyone who prefers bare-hand contact with the knurling. Buyers needing a thinner profile for mixed-grip work should consider standard straps instead.
