Powerland Icebrick QCC65W 65W GaN Charger

The Powerland Icebrick QCC65W is a 65W GaN charger designed for users who need to power a USB-C notebook, tablet and phone from one compact adapter. It suits travellers and office workers carrying a MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iPad Pro, iPhone 13, 14 or 15, Google Pixelbook or Microsoft Surface Book 2.

Dual USB-C ports with PD 3.0 and PPS

Two USB-C ports share the 65W budget through smart power sharing that senses each connected device and directs optimal power accordingly. The charger delivers up to 65W to a single device or splits output across both ports, while the included 5ft USB-C to USB-C cable supports data transfer up to 480Mbps (30MB/s).

Foldable plug and ultra-compact body

Measuring 1.18 × 1.96 × 1.96 inches, the unit slips into a pocket or bag and the foldable prongs reduce snag risk. All-around protections guard against overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and overcharge. Buyers who need more than two simultaneous USB-C connections or higher single-port wattage should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the single-port or dual-port version of the Powerland Icebrick QCC65W?

This model provides dual USB-C ports with smart power sharing that directs optimal power to one device or splits it between two, so you do not need a separate single-port option.

What does the 65 W rating actually deliver when I plug in a MacBook Pro or iPhone 15?

The charger supplies up to 65 W over USB-C PD 3.0 with PPS, enabling fast charging for a MacBook Pro or iPhone 15 and dynamically adjusting output when two devices are connected.

How does the USB-C PD 3.0 with PPS interface limit charging speed in practice?

PD 3.0 with PPS negotiates the exact voltage and current each device needs, capping total output at 65 W while the included 5 ft cable supports data up to 480 Mbps.
