Not for other models or higher wattage needs

Owners of different Hitachi models or other DLP brands should verify their exact part number before ordering. This lamp will not fit sets that require a different wattage or a different housing design. Buyers who need a bare bulb without the housing will also need a different product.

120 Watt rating confirms compatibility

The 120 Watt specification is the single figure that determines whether this lamp matches the original equipment. Match this number to the label on your existing lamp or the TV service manual to ensure the correct replacement.

Questions about this item

When will the 120 Watt lamp need replacing?

The 120 Watt DLP lamp is a consumable component; replacement is required when brightness drops noticeably or the TV indicates end-of-life.

What limits continuous operation of the 120 Watt lamp?

Sustained use is limited by lamp temperature and the cooling system capacity of the Hitachi 60V715.

How much heat and noise does the 120 Watt lamp add during all-day use?

The 120 Watt lamp generates significant heat; the TV's internal fans manage cooling, so audible fan noise increases with extended operation.
