NEC VT40LP Replacement Lamp

The PowerWarehouse NEC VT40LP replacement lamp restores brightness to compatible DLP projectors. It replaces OEM part numbers VT40LP and 50019497. The lamp is supplied new and guaranteed for full compatibility with the original equipment. It suits owners needing a direct substitute for a depleted light source.

Fits projector lamp housing directly

Installation uses the existing lamp housing without extra tools or adapters. The unit frees the projector from dim output and colour shift caused by an aged lamp. It requires a projector model that accepts the VT40LP form factor. Buyers whose devices use a different lamp code cannot use this module.

Questions about this item

Does the VT40LP lamp maintain brightness over long daily sessions without overheating?

The replacement lamp is built to match the original VT40LP thermal profile, so it runs at the same temperature and power draw as the OEM unit during extended use.

Will the 50019497 lamp operate quietly when the projector runs all day?

The lamp itself has no moving parts; any fan noise comes from the projector chassis and is unchanged because the replacement draws the same power as the original VT40LP.
