Replacement Lamp for DLP TVs

The PowerWarehouse SP61L3HXX/RAD is a 120 Watt DLP replacement lamp supplied with bulb and housing. It is built to meet OEM requirements and tested before shipping. This new lamp restores brightness to compatible Samsung rear-projection televisions.

Suitable for owners of compatible Samsung sets

This lamp fits users needing a direct replacement for the original SP61L3HXX/RAD module. It is not for buyers whose TV uses a different lamp code or a lamp-free light engine such as LED or laser. Shoppers requiring a bare bulb without housing should look elsewhere.

120 Watt output for standard viewing

The 120 Watt rating delivers the brightness the original design specifies for normal home-theatre use. It comfortably handles daily viewing sessions in rooms with controlled lighting. Light output will gradually decline over the lamp's rated lifespan, eventually requiring another replacement.

Questions about this item

Which Samsung DLP models accept the SP61L3HXX/RAD 120 Watt lamp?

The lamp is built to match the original SP61L3HXX/RAD specification, so it fits the Samsung DLP sets that shipped with that part number.

Will the 120 Watt output work with the existing ballast in my older Samsung DLP TV?

Yes, the replacement meets the OEM 120 Watt rating, so the original ballast drives it without modification.

How can I confirm the new lamp is operating correctly after installation?

The TV should power up, show a stable picture at normal brightness, and the lamp-hour counter can be reset to zero.
