A compact white adapter that connects a DisplayPort source to a VGA display at up to 1080p@60Hz with plug-and-play simplicity
The PPA International adapter connects a DisplayPort source to a VGA display such as a projector or monitor. It supports video resolutions up to 1080p at 60 Hz. Audio transmission is not supported by this device. The unit is sold new in a white finish.
The adapter requires no drivers and works immediately after connection. A 3 inch cable length limits placement flexibility between the source and the VGA cable. The short tether can strain ports if the VGA cable is heavy or routed tightly. Ensure the DisplayPort socket is accessible and not recessed.
The adapter converts a digital DisplayPort signal to analog VGA without audio support. Maximum output is 1080p at 60 Hz, so higher resolutions or refresh rates are not possible. It suits legacy displays and projectors but cannot drive modern high-refresh or high-resolution panels. The interface is one-way from DisplayPort source to VGA sink.

Check the display settings on the source device and ensure the output is set to 1080p at 60 Hz; the monitor should report the same resolution and refresh rate.
A standard VGA cable is needed to run from the adapter's VGA port to the monitor; the adapter itself only bridges DisplayPort to VGA.
This adapter is specified for up to 1080p at 60 Hz, matching your requirement exactly.
