PPC Ex6plus RG-6 Compression Connector

This PPC Ex6plus RG-6 Snap & Seal connector is built for outdoor coaxial installations. The compliant co-polymer body fits 60% through Quad Shield Series 6 and 59 cables with PE or PVC jackets. It comes in a case of 1000 pieces packed in 20 branded bags. Approved by Comcast, DTV and Dish for professional use.

Installers needing one connector for mixed cable

Technicians who work with unmarked 60% to Quad Shield cables benefit from the universal design. Buyers who need connectors for cable types outside Series 6 or 59 should look elsewhere. The product is not suited for indoor-only patching or non-coaxial wiring jobs.

Simple compression install with size-contoured body

The one-piece construction and physically contoured parts allow quick identification and compression without extra tools. What usually goes wrong is using a non-ratcheting tool that leaves the seal loose, or mixing genuine PPC bags with unbranded stock that voids approvals. Always verify PPC branded packaging on arrival.

Questions about this item

Which RG-6 cable types will the Ex6plus connector fit without needing a different model?

The Ex6plus accepts 60 % braid through Quad Shield Series 6 cable, covering both PE and PVC jackets.

Can I mix these connectors with older 59-series drops that are still in place?

The Ex6plus is also universal on Series 59 cable, so the same connector works on legacy 59-series runs.

How do I confirm a termination is moisture-tight once the connector is compressed?

A proper compression seats the patented Snap & Seal body fully against the cable jacket, creating the outdoor-rated moisture barrier.
