Dual-connector flash drive for Apple users

The PQI iConnect Mini 128GB combines a Lightning connector with a USB 3.0 plug so iPhone, iPad and iPod owners can move files to a Mac or PC without cables or cloud services. It is built for people who need local backups and quick transfers between iOS and desktop platforms. The drive is Apple MFi certified, guaranteeing compatibility with supported devices.

Iron-gray metal housing with pocket-friendly profile

The drive measures 0.31" by 0.50" by 1.75" and weighs 0.02 lb, so it adds almost no bulk to a key-ring or pocket. Both connectors are exposed, letting you plug straight into a Lightning port or a USB-A socket without an adapter. The rigid casing protects the contacts during daily carry and repeated insertion cycles.

One-button backup app adds fingerprint protection

The companion app enables instant photo and video backup with a single tap and stores the files directly on the device. Fingerprint authentication locks the stored data, while the same app manages transfers between iOS, macOS 10.x and Windows XP through Windows 8. No extra drivers are required on supported systems.

Questions about this item

What does the USB 3.0 connector cap in practice?

The USB 3.0 connector caps transfer speed at the 3.0 standard, which is slower than the Lightning interface on the same drive.

What physical space does the 0.31 by 0.50 by 1.75 inch body need to fit?

The drive needs a slot at least 0.31 inches thick, 0.50 inches wide and 1.75 inches long to insert and remove without force.

How is the instant one-button back-up started, and what step do people miss?

Press the button on the drive after the app is open and fingerprint unlock is complete; the back-up will not start if the app is still loading.
