Two-metre braided Lightning cables

This two-pack supplies six-foot USB-A to Lightning cables with Apple MFi certification. They charge compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod models at up to 2.4 A and move data at 480 Mbps. The nylon braid is rated for over 40000 bends.

Low heat and stable current

Built-in overcharge and steady-current protection keep the connectors cool during normal charging. The 12 W maximum output stays within standard USB-A limits, so no special power adapter is required. Data lines remain shielded for reliable sync speeds.

Ready for multiple locations

Two six-foot cords let you leave one at a desk and another by a bedside or in a car. MFi authentication prevents accessory warnings on supported devices from the iPhone 5 series through the iPhone 14 lineup and listed iPad models.

Questions about this item

How do I plug the USB-A end into a wall charger without forcing it?

Insert the rectangular USB-A connector with the metal contacts facing up until it clicks; reversing it is the common mistake that bends the port.

When will the braided nylon sheath or Lightning plug need replacing?

The cable is tested to 40000 bends; replace it if the braid frays, the plug feels loose, or charging becomes intermittent.

What limits the charge rate during a long session?

The cable caps output at 2.4 A and 12 W, so sustained charging cannot exceed that rate regardless of the power adapter.
