12-Core i7-12700K Gaming Desktop

This PRC MidnightView system is built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700K processor with 12 cores and 20 threads reaching 5.0GHz max frequency. It targets gamers and content creators who need strong multi-threaded performance in a pre-built Windows 11 Home machine. The configuration includes 16GB DDR4-3200 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD for fast load times.

ARGB Cooler and 12GB RX 6750 XT

An ARGB high-performance CPU cooler keeps the unlocked processor thermally managed during heavy workloads. The AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT graphics card supplies 12GB GDDR6 video memory for high-resolution gaming. A 650W 80+ Gold power supply delivers efficient power to all components while the motherboard provides 10/100/1000 wired networking.

16GB RAM and 1TB Storage Headroom

The 16GB DDR4 kit handles modern games and multitasking comfortably, though memory-intensive production work may require an upgrade. The 1TB NVMe drive holds a large library of titles and applications with rapid access speeds. Builders who need more storage or a second graphics card should plan for expansion as the supplied 650W unit limits additional high-power add-in cards.

Questions about this item

How long before the 650W 80+ Gold power supply needs replacement under heavy gaming loads?

A quality 650W 80+ Gold unit typically lasts five to seven years; replace it if you hear coil whine, random shutdowns or if you upgrade to a graphics card that draws significantly more power.

Which component hits its thermal limit first during extended 100% CPU and GPU utilisation?

The i7-12700K can reach its 100°C junction temperature before the RX 6750 XT hits its own throttle point, so the CPU cooler becomes the limiting factor under sustained all-core loads.

What noise and heat levels should I expect from the ARGB CPU cooler and 650W PSU after several hours of gaming?

The ARGB cooler runs audibly but not loudly at high RPM, while the 80+ Gold PSU fan often stays semi-passive; case exhaust will feel warm but not extreme in a ventilated room.
