Precision 100 mm Digital Caliper

This hardened stainless steel digital caliper measures inside, outside, depth and step dimensions up to 100 mm with 0.01 mm resolution. A single button switches between millimetres and inches on the large LCD display. It is suited to workshop, automotive and general inspection tasks where quick, repeatable readings are required.

Fits a toolbox or bench setup

The compact 100 mm range means the tool occupies minimal space in a drawer or tool chest while still covering most small-part inspection jobs. Zero-setting at any position and a locking thumb screw let the user hold a reading without extra fixtures. Power comes from two included SR44 silver-oxide cells, so no external supply or cable is needed.

Capacity and headroom

Accuracy is rated ±0.02 mm over the full 0-100 mm span and ±0.03 mm if the tool is ever used up to 150 mm. Repeatability of 0.01 mm supports consistent batch checks. The instrument is not intended for long-range layout work beyond 100 mm, nor for environments outside the 0-40 °C operating window.
