Premier 3LF38 9" Roller Cover 3-Pack

This three-pack supplies woven-fabric roller covers built for semi-smooth surfaces such as drywall. Each cover fits a standard cage frame and works with all paints, enamels and varnishes. The 3/8-inch nap holds plenty of material for even coverage on walls and ceilings.

Upgrading from cheaper foam or short-nap sleeves

Foam rollers often leave bubbles and shed fibres, while very short naps struggle on semi-smooth drywall. The woven fabric and 3/8-inch nap solve both problems, giving a cleaner finish with fewer coats. The jump is worth it whenever you want professional results without moving to specialist applicators.

Slides onto any standard cage frame in seconds

The 1 1/2-inch polypropylene core fits snugly so the cover will not spin or slip during use. Most issues come from overloading the roller, which causes drips and uneven texture, or from skipping the initial rinse that removes loose fibres. Rinse once, spin out excess paint and reload lightly for the smoothest results.

Questions about this item

What roller frame style does the 1 1/2 in core diameter fit?

The cover is compatible with cage-style roller frames that accept a 1 1/2 in core diameter.

How do I install the cover on the frame, and what step is often missed?

Slide the cover onto the cage frame until it seats fully against the end cap; the step often missed is ensuring the cover is centred so the nap wears evenly.

When should I replace the woven fabric cover?

Replace the cover when the 3/8 in nap becomes matted, sheds fibres, or no longer holds enough paint for semi-smooth surfaces like drywall.
