Premier 1 gal Red Paint Grid

The Premier PA-86231 is a rigid polypropylene grid sized for one-gallon cut-in buckets. It fits small trim rollers and standard roller covers used by painters and decorators on interior trim work.

Capacity 1 gal

The single specification that decides fit is the one-gallon capacity matched to small cut-in buckets. A grid made for larger pails will not seat correctly and will leave the roller under-loaded.

Sustained loading behaviour

Polypropylene resists solvent absorption so the grid keeps its shape during a full day of rolling. The 1/16 in thickness prevents flex when the roller is pressed repeatedly against the ribs.
