Paint Tray Liner for 2 qt trays

This disposable liner fits standard rectangular trays and holds two quarts of coating. It is intended for painters and contractors who want fast colour changes without washing the tray. The opaque black polypropylene resists common solvents and cleans up by simply discarding the liner.

Molded polypropylene construction

The liner is moulded from opaque black polypropylene with a 3 1/2 in overall depth and 15 1/8 in overall length. Its rectangular shape matches compatible trays and the rigid walls prevent sagging when loaded. The material withstands typical latex and oil-based paints during routine use.

Single-use limitation

The liner is designed for one job then disposal, so it cannot be reused for multiple projects. Buyers who want a permanent tray surface or a washable liner will need a different product. The two-quart capacity also limits the volume of coating that can be held at once.

Questions about this item

Does the 2 qt liner fit the standard 11 in roller frame?

The liner measures 11 3/4 in wide and 15 1/8 in long, so a standard 9 in roller frame sits inside with clearance on each side.

What are the exact outside dimensions I need to clear on my workbench?

Overall footprint is 15 1/8 in long by 11 3/4 in wide with a 3 1/2 in depth, so allow at least that much flat space.

How do I install the liner without it shifting while I load the roller?

Press the molded polypropylene liner firmly into the matching DPT tray until the perimeter lip seats; the rectangular shape locks it in place.
