Product and intended use

The PrePak ExerBand Resistance set consists of five natural-rubber tubes, each 3 feet long, supplied with handles and a web anchor strap. It is designed for single-arm resistance exercises that replicate cable-machine movements at home, in the office or while travelling. The kit targets users who want portable strength training without bulky equipment.

Behaviour under sustained load

Each tube delivers consistent tension throughout the full range of motion because natural rubber maintains its elasticity during repeated extensions. The set provides five graded resistances — orange, green, purple, black and dark green — so intensity can be increased by switching colours or combining multiple tubes on one handle. Handles and anchor strap remain secure during prolonged sessions.

Thermals noise and power

No electrical components are present, so the product generates no heat, noise or power draw. The latex material stays flexible in normal indoor temperatures and requires only occasional inspection for wear. Storage is simple: coil the tubes and pack them in a bag or drawer.

Questions about this item

Does the natural rubber tubing generate any smell or heat during long daily sessions?

The bands are made from natural rubber and weigh .9 pounds, so they produce no heat and only a faint rubber scent during extended use.

What anchor point do I need at home before I can use the door strap?

The included web strap anchors securely over any standard interior door, so no extra hardware is required.

Will the EZ Change handles fit the older ExerBand tubes I already own?

The handles are designed for the current 3-foot single-strand tubes; compatibility with earlier tube diameters is not guaranteed.
