PreSonus NSB 8.8 AVB Stage Box

The PreSonus NSB 8.8 is an 8-input, 8-output networked stage box designed for professional audio engineers and live sound technicians. It integrates with PreSonus StudioLive Series III consoles to distribute signals over a single Ethernet cable up to 328 ft. The unit weighs 7.14 and replaces heavy analog snakes with AVB networking.

Suits engineers needing remote preamp control

This stage box suits users who want to adjust inputs, preamps and phantom power remotely from a Series III console or UC Surface software. It is not for buyers who require analog multicore connectivity or who operate without a compatible AVB network infrastructure. Standalone operation without a Series III mixer is not supported.

Sustained performance over long cable runs

AVB networking maintains signal integrity over the full 328 ft distance without the degradation typical of long analog runs. A single CAT5e or CAT6 cable carries all eight channels bidirectionally, reducing setup time and physical strain during extended events. The locked network clock keeps latency deterministic throughout the show.
