Product Overview

The Presto 07023 electric griddle provides a 14- x 15-inch nonstick cooking surface designed for family breakfasts and casual entertaining. A multi-function tray flips back to keep food warm, swings forward for melting or steaming, and removes entirely for serving. The cool-touch base stays safe on countertops and the unit fits in standard kitchen cabinets.

Upgrade Path

This model replaces a basic flat griddle that lacks a warming function or spatter protection. The jump is worth it when you regularly cook for several people and want cooked items held at serving temperature without a separate warming drawer. It also adds a built-in shield that reduces grease splatter on surrounding surfaces.

Ideal Buyer

Home cooks who need a versatile, all-in-one surface for pancakes, sandwiches, and steamed dishes will benefit from the tray’s multiple positions. Buyers who want more cooking area than the 14- x 15-inch surface provides, or who require precise digital temperature control, should look at larger or differently equipped appliances.
