Fluorescent yellow PLA filament in a 1 kg spool with 1.75 mm diameter and ±0.03 mm accuracy, vacuum-sealed with desiccant, prints at 180–210 °C
This 1.75 mm PLA filament comes in a fluorescent yellow colour and is supplied as a net 1 kg spool. It is suited to hobbyists and makers who want a bright, high-visibility material for general 3D printing projects. The spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to protect the filament from moisture before use. Compatible printers include many popular desktop models.
The filament holds a diameter tolerance of ± .03 mm, which helps maintain consistent extrusion on most 1.75 mm systems. Printing temperature should be set between 180 °C and 210 °C (356 °F to 410 °F). Staying inside this range reduces the risk of under-extrusion or heat-related defects. PLA does not require a heated chamber, but bed adhesion can vary with surface type.
The spool measures 7.80 inches in diameter, 2.56 inches wide and has a 2.20 inch hub hole, so it fits most standard holders without adapters. Tangles can occur if the loose end is not secured when changing spools. First-layer problems usually stem from an unlevelled bed or incorrect nozzle height rather than the filament itself. Store the spool sealed when not printing to avoid moisture uptake.
