Yellow PLA filament on a 1 kg spool with 1.75 mm diameter and ±0.03 mm accuracy, sealed with desiccant for moisture protection
PrintOxe supplies a 1 kg spool of yellow PLA filament manufactured to a 1.75 mm diameter with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.03 mm. The material is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to protect it from humidity during storage. It targets hobbyists and makers who need a reliable, easy-to-print filament for everyday models.
The recommended nozzle temperature range is 180 °C to 210 °C (356 °F to 410 °F), a window that works with most common desktop printers. Because PLA prints at lower temperatures than many other plastics, it typically produces less odour and warping during normal use. The sealed packaging helps maintain consistent extrusion by keeping the filament dry.
Switching to this filament makes sense when cheaper or poorly stored spools cause inconsistent diameter, clogging or layer adhesion problems. The tight ±0.03 mm tolerance reduces the risk of under- or over-extrusion on long prints. Buyers who need high-temperature resistance, flexible parts or engineering-grade mechanical properties should look at other material families.

Heat the hot-end to 180–210 °C, then feed the 1.75 mm filament until it extrudes cleanly; the step many skip is pre-drying the spool if the vacuum seal was broken.
Store the spool in a sealed bag with fresh desiccant between prints; PLA absorbs moisture, which causes brittle filament and poor layer adhesion.
The ±0.03 mm tolerance can cause under- or over-extrusion on very long runs, so recalibrate flow if layers start to look inconsistent.
