Prismacolor Col-Erase Carmine Red Dozen

This pack contains twelve Prismacolor Col-Erase pencils in Carmine Red, each fitted with an integrated eraser. They are intended for illustrators and accounting professionals who need a coloured lead that can be erased cleanly during drafting or mark-up work.

Hexagonal Barrel and Strong Lead

The hexagonal barrel prevents the pencils from rolling off sloped desks, while the break-resistant lead formulation reduces snapping under firm pressure. Both features keep the workflow steady for extended illustration or ledger sessions.

Ready to Use with Minimal Friction

Each pencil arrives pre-sharpened and the built-in eraser removes marks without smudging when used on standard paper. Users who need a broader colour palette or a different barrel diameter will find this single-colour dozen limiting.

Questions about this item

How many pencils are in the box and will I need to replace the leads?

The box contains twelve pencils with Carmine Red lead; the leads are not refillable so the whole pencil is replaced when worn down.

What limits how long I can draw before the point dulls?

The strong, break-resistant lead resists snapping, so the practical limit is how quickly the point wears to a blunt tip.

Does the pencil get warm or make noise during long drawing sessions?

It is a wood-cased pencil with no electronics, so it produces no heat and no noise regardless of how long you use it.
