Prismacolor Col-Erase 12-Color Set

This 12-piece set of Prismacolor Col-Erase woodcase pencils delivers vivid, easily-erasable pigments for illustration and animation work. Each pencil features a medium point that resists breakage and a built-in eraser for quick corrections. The hexagonal barrel provides a secure grip during extended drawing sessions. Suitable for artists and designers who need erasable color media.

Erasable Pigment Limits

The erasable formulation allows pigment removal but will not lift cleanly from heavily saturated layers or non-porous surfaces. Repeated erasing can abrade paper fibers, so testing on your chosen stock is advisable. The medium point balances detail and coverage yet may not suit extremely fine line work. Colors are assorted and not sold individually.

Setup Check Before Ordering

Verify that your workflow benefits from erasable colored pencil rather than permanent media or wet media alternatives. Confirm the 12 assorted colors match the palette requirements for your projects. Ensure your drawing surface tolerates both pencil application and eraser friction without excessive wear. The hexagonal wood barrels require a standard sharpener sized for traditional pencil diameters.
