External CD Player for Nissan Terrano

The Pro Star USB CD player adds a disc drive to 2019-2026 Nissan Terrano models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and draws power from the same connection. No additional wiring or tools are required for installation.

Plug-and-play operation with factory controls

The bundled instruction manual guides the user through a short indexing process that takes roughly two minutes per disc. Once indexed, playback is managed through the car's original radio interface or steering-wheel buttons. Bluetooth capability is also accessed via the single USB link.

Flexible mounting for daily use

The compact drive can be secured vertically or horizontally on the centre console, inside the glove box, or wherever the USB cable reaches. This freedom lets the driver keep the cabin tidy while retaining access to physical media. The unit is designed specifically for the listed Terrano years.

Questions about this item

Does the USB cable or the CD mechanism need periodic replacement?

The unit is powered through the vehicle USB port and has no internal battery; only the cable or the drive itself would need replacement if either fails.

What stops the player from reading discs during a long drive?

Allow two minutes for each disc to finish indexing before use; interrupting that process means restarting the setup with a different disc.

How much heat or noise does the drive produce when it runs all day?

The player draws power from the car USB port and operates silently with no fan; any warmth stays low because it only spins while a disc is being read.
