Vehicle Compatibility

The Pro Star Bluetooth USB CD Player is designed for 2019-2026 Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet models lacking a factory disc drive. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port to restore physical media playback through the original audio system.

Factory Omission Upgrade

This unit replaces the missing CD capability removed by the manufacturer without requiring dashboard modification or additional wiring. The upgrade is worth it for owners who maintain a CD collection and want plug-and-play integration with existing steering wheel controls.

Sustained Operation

The device draws power continuously from the USB port during playback and requires a two-minute indexing period after disc insertion before stable operation begins. Interrupting this initial process forces a full restart of the installation sequence with a different disc.
