External CD Player for 2025 Cadillac Optiq

This USB-powered CD player adds disc playback to the 2025 Cadillac Optiq which lacks a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and is controlled through the existing radio or steering wheel buttons. The device is aimed at drivers who still listen to music on physical CDs.

Plug-and-play integration with factory controls

The unit draws power and data from a single USB cable so no extra wiring, adapters or tools are required. It can be placed vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box or any location the cable reaches. Installation uses the printed instructions supplied with the player.

Two-minute indexing before first use

After inserting a disc the system indexes the CD for about two minutes; interrupting this process means restarting the full setup with a different disc. The player runs from the car USB port so it adds no separate power draw and produces no audible fan noise. Operation stays silent while the factory audio system handles amplification.
