Pro Star CD Player for Acura Integra

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019 through 2026 Acura Integra models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with Apple CarPlay so tracks can be controlled from the original radio or steering wheel buttons. Power is drawn from the same USB connection with no separate supply needed.

Owners who want physical media playback

Buyers who still listen to compact discs and whose Integra came without a built-in player will find this a direct solution. Drivers who rely solely on streaming services or digital files stored on a phone will have no use for the hardware. The device is designed for a specific model range and will not function in other vehicles.

Plug-and-play setup with a critical wait

Installation consists of plugging the cable into the USB port and placing the unit where the cable reaches; no tools or extra wiring are required. The most common issue is interrupting the mandatory two-minute disc-indexing process, which forces a full restart of the setup steps with a different disc. Following the printed instructions and allowing the indexing to finish prevents this problem.

Questions about this item

Does my Acura Integra need a factory USB port for this Pro Star CD player to work?

Yes, the unit plugs directly into the vehicle's USB port for power and CarPlay communication, so a factory USB port is required.

Will this CD player interfere with my existing factory radio or steering wheel controls?

No, it is designed to let you control music playback through your factory radio and steering wheel controls without interference.

How do I know the Pro Star CD player has finished setting up after I insert a disc?

Wait at least two minutes for the CD to finish indexing; the process must complete without interruption for the installation to be successful.
