Pro Star CarPlay CD Player for Dodge Hornet

This external single-disc player adds CD playback to 2019-2026 Dodge Hornet models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay system. The device draws power from the same USB connection, so no separate supply is needed. Music can be controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons.

Check USB port location and CarPlay compatibility

Verify that your Hornet has an accessible USB port the cable can reach for mounting on the console or in the glove box. The vehicle must support wired CarPlay for the player to appear on the infotainment screen. Allow two minutes for each new disc to finish indexing before use; interrupting the process requires restarting the setup with a different CD. No wiring or tools are required for installation.

Printed manual and flexible mounting options

A printed instruction manual is included to guide the plug-and-play setup step by step. The compact drive can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, inside the glove box, or anywhere the USB cable reaches. This flexibility lets you keep the player secure and out of the way while retaining full control from the factory interface.
