Pro Star CD Player for Ferrari 812

This USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Ferrari 812 Superfast models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and integrates with CarPlay for control through the original radio or steering wheel buttons. The device mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box. Power is drawn from the USB connection with no extra wiring required.

Check USB port and CarPlay before ordering

Verify that your 812 Superfast has an accessible USB port and that CarPlay is active on the factory infotainment system. The player must remain plugged in during use, so confirm the cable can reach your chosen mounting location without strain. Allow two minutes for each new disc to finish indexing before attempting playback. Interrupting this process means restarting the full setup sequence from step one with a different disc.

Replaces missing factory CD player

This unit restores CD listening for owners whose 812 Superfast left the factory without a disc drive. The upgrade is worth it if you maintain a physical music library and want integrated control through the car's existing interface. It is not for buyers who only stream audio or who need a multi-disc changer, as the device accepts a single CD at a time.

Questions about this item

Does the Pro Star CD player come with everything needed to work in my 812, or must I buy a separate USB cable or mount?

The package includes the single CD player unit, a USB cable that plugs directly into the vehicle USB port, and printed instructions. No extra wiring, tools, or separate mounts are required; the device can be placed vertically or horizontally wherever the cable reaches.

Is there more than one version of this Pro Star player for the 2019-2026 812, and how do I pick the right one?

Only one Pro Star CarPlay USB CD player is listed for the 2019-2026 812 Superfast. The single model adds an external CD drive with plug-and-play USB power and CarPlay access, so no capacity or feature choice is needed.

After I plug the Pro Star player into the 812 USB port, what does the CarPlay integration actually let me do with my CDs?

Once connected, the factory radio or steering wheel controls operate the CD player through the CarPlay interface. Allow two minutes for each disc to finish indexing before use; if interrupted, restart the process with a different CD.
