Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player for Hyundai Venue

This external CD player adds disc playback to 2019-2026 Hyundai Venue models that lack a factory unit. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay system. The device is powered entirely through that USB connection, so no separate power wiring is needed. Factory radio and steering wheel controls manage playback once installed.

USB-powered CarPlay integration limits placement

The player must sit where its cable reaches the vehicle USB port, restricting mounting to the centre console, glove box or similar nearby locations. Operation depends on the car's USB port supplying sufficient current and on the factory head unit supporting CarPlay. Indexing each disc requires roughly two minutes before tracks become accessible, and interrupting that process forces a full restart with a different disc.

Compact chassis with flexible mounting options

The unit can be oriented vertically or horizontally to fit available space on the console or inside the glove box. A printed instruction manual is included to guide the plug-and-play setup. Because it draws power from the USB port, there are no extra cables to route or hide. The design targets drivers who still want physical media playback without modifying the vehicle's original wiring.
