Add CD playback to E Class Coupe

This Pro Star USB CD player restores physical-disc playback to 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz E Class Coupe models that left the factory without a built-in drive. It connects through the vehicle's existing USB port and integrates with CarPlay so the factory radio or steering-wheel buttons control track selection and volume.

USB-powered plug-and-play mounting

The unit draws power directly from the USB connection, eliminating separate wiring or adapters. A printed manual guides the required two-minute indexing process that must finish before first use. The compact chassis can be secured vertically or horizontally on the centre console, inside the glove box, or wherever the supplied cable reaches the port.

Check USB port access and CarPlay support

Verify that your E Class Coupe has an accessible USB data port and that CarPlay is enabled on the infotainment system before ordering. The cable length limits placement to locations within reach of that port, and the indexing routine requires an uninterrupted two minutes with a disc inserted.

Questions about this item

How does the USB connection limit CarPlay functionality on this Pro Star CD player?

The unit plugs into the vehicle's USB port for both power and data, so CarPlay runs at the speed and feature set that port provides.

Where can the Pro Star CD player be mounted in a 2019-2026 Mercedes-Benz E Class Coupe?

It can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box, or anywhere the supplied cable reaches the USB port.

What installation step do buyers most often skip with this Pro Star CD player?

Allowing the full two minutes for the CD to finish indexing before use; interrupting it forces a complete restart from step one.
