The Pro Star USB CD player adds a single-disc drive to 2019 to 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLS450 models that left the factory without one. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the existing CarPlay interface so the factory radio or steering wheel controls manage playback. No extra wiring or tools are required for installation. The unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box.

Single-disc capacity with USB-powered operation

The drive handles one standard audio CD at a time and draws all power from the car's USB port. After inserting a disc you must allow roughly two minutes for the indexing process to finish before the tracks become available. Interrupting that process means starting the set-up again with a different disc. There is no internal storage or multi-disc changer function.
