Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player

This external CD player adds disc playback to Ford Escape models from 2019 through 2026. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port and integrates with the factory CarPlay system. No extra wiring or tools are required for installation. The unit draws power from the USB connection.

Check your vehicle USB port and CarPlay

Verify that your Ford Escape has a functional USB port that supports CarPlay before ordering. The player must remain plugged in while in use and the cable must reach your chosen mounting location. Allow two minutes for each new disc to finish indexing before attempting playback. Interrupting this process will require restarting the setup from the beginning.

Suits owners who want CD playback via CarPlay

Ideal for drivers who still listen to physical discs and want them controlled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons. Not suited for vehicles without a USB port or without CarPlay support. Buyers who need Bluetooth streaming, auxiliary input, or a built-in head unit replacement should look elsewhere.
