Pro Star CarPlay USB CD Player 2019-2026

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019 through 2026 Rolls-Royce Wraith models that lack a factory CD drive. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and integrates with CarPlay so music can be controlled from the factory radio or steering wheel buttons. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box.

Plug-and-play USB interface limits

Power and data travel over a single USB connection, so no extra wiring or tools are required. The head unit must present a compatible USB port and CarPlay implementation for the player to function. Installation requires roughly two minutes for the disc to finish indexing before the system is ready for use.

Replaces missing factory CD player

This device restores physical-disc playback for owners whose Wraith left the factory without a CD mechanism. It is not intended for vehicles that already include a working optical drive, nor for installations where the USB port cannot supply sufficient power or CarPlay support.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2019 or the 2026 version for my Rolls-Royce Wraith?

The unit covers every model year from 2019 through 2026, so a single version fits the entire range.

How does the CD player actually work once it is plugged into the car's USB port?

It draws power from the USB port, indexes the disc for about two minutes, then lets you control playback through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons.

What does the USB connection limit in everyday use?

The cable must reach the vehicle's USB port, so placement is restricted to the centre console, glove box or anywhere the lead will stretch.
