Volkswagen Scirocco 2019-2026 CD Player Integration

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to Volkswagen Scirocco models from 2019 through 2026 that lack a factory CD drive. It connects through the vehicle's USB port to enable CarPlay access for audio control. The unit is designed for drivers who still use physical media and want a simple way to listen to their CD collection through the car's existing infotainment system.

Factory USB Port and Indexing Time Required

Before ordering, confirm your Scirocco has an accessible USB port that supports data transfer for CarPlay functionality. The installation requires allowing two minutes for the CD to finish indexing after insertion; interrupting this process means restarting the full setup procedure with a different disc. Ensure the cable length can reach your chosen mounting location from the USB port without strain.

Plug-and-Play Mounting Flexibility

The device draws power directly from the USB connection, eliminating the need for separate wiring or tools. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, inside the glove box, or anywhere the cable reaches the port. Controls for music playback are handled through the factory radio or steering wheel buttons, keeping the original interior look and driver ergonomics intact.
