Add CD playback to 2019-2026 Lexus RX

This Pro Star USB CD player plugs into the factory USB port of a 2019-2026 Lexus RX to restore single-disc playback. No wiring or tools are required and the unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console, in the glove box or wherever the cable reaches.

Sustained indexing and playback behaviour

Allow two minutes for the disc to finish indexing before use; interrupting this process means restarting from step one with a different CD. Once indexed the player draws power from the USB port and relays control to the factory radio or steering-wheel buttons for continuous operation.

Check USB port availability and cable reach

Verify that your Lexus RX has a functional USB port and that the supplied cable can reach your chosen mounting location. Buyers whose vehicle lacks a USB port or who need multi-disc changers will need a different solution.
