Add External CD Playback

This Pro Star USB CD player adds disc playback to 2019 to 2026 Volvo EX90 models that lack a factory CD drive. It connects directly to the vehicle USB port and is powered through the same connection. The unit mounts vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box. Installation follows the included printed instructions with no extra wiring or tools.

Vehicle USB Port Compatibility

The single specification that determines fit is the presence of a USB port in the 2019 to 2026 Volvo EX90. The player plugs into that port for both power and data. If the vehicle does not have an available USB port, the unit cannot be used.

Low Power and Silent Operation

The device draws power from the car USB port and has no internal fan or moving parts beyond the disc mechanism. Normal operation adds negligible load to the vehicle electrical system and produces only the quiet sound of the disc spinning. No additional cooling or power supply is required.
