Vehicle Compatibility

This Pro Star USB CD player is designed for 2022 to 2026 Nissan Z models that lack a factory disc drive. It adds single-disc playback through the vehicle's existing USB port without replacing the original head unit.

Installation Process

The unit plugs directly into the car's USB port with no extra wiring or tools required, and printed instructions are included. A critical step is allowing two minutes for the disc to finish indexing before use; interrupting this process means restarting the entire setup from step one with a different disc.

Sustained Operation

Powered solely by the USB connection, the player can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the centre console or in the glove box where the cable reaches. Steering-wheel and factory-radio controls manage playback once the initial indexing is complete.
