Pro Star CD Player for 2026 Toyota BZ

The Pro Star USB CD Player adds a single-disc drive to the 2026 Toyota BZ, which ships without a factory CD slot. It draws power and communicates through the vehicle's USB port, so no extra wiring or tools are required for installation.

Check USB port location and indexing time

Verify that a USB port is within cable reach of your chosen mounting spot on the centre console or glove box. The instructions require a full two-minute indexing period after inserting the first disc; interrupting this step forces a complete restart with a different CD.

Thermals noise and power draw

The unit is powered entirely by the car's USB port, so its electrical load stays within the port's standard output. With no internal fan and only a low-power drive mechanism, it runs silently and adds negligible heat to the cabin during normal playback.
