PROARTek Drafting PXB24 Portable Drawing Board 18" x 24

Portable Drafting Board 18" x 24

The PROARTek Drafting PXB24 is a professional portable drawing board measuring 18 by 24 inches. It features a built-in adjustable aluminum parallel straightedge with a cross-wire and pulley system that maintains parallelism in any position. The board uses a strong particle board substrate topped with a smooth, warp-free white melamine laminate. An ergonomic carry handle with a fold-in design aids transport.

Students, Architects, and Mobile Professionals

This board suits architecture students, engineers, and illustrators who need an accurate drawing surface without a full-size drafting table. The 3/16 inch blade clearance accommodates foam board and cutting mats, while rubber grip tracks on the underside keep the board stable during use. Buyers requiring a larger working area or a fixed studio table with integrated lighting should look elsewhere.

18 x 24 Inch Work Surface and Straightedge Range

The white melamine surface provides a smooth area for technical drawing and illustration at the stated dimensions. The 0.12 inch thick acrylic blade includes inking edges and dual-scale measurements in inches and centimeters for versatile drafting. Top-mounted adjustment knobs and brake knobs on each end lock the straightedge securely. Three-inch folding metal legs with rubber-dipped ends provide a slight working angle on any flat table.
