Spic and Span Concentrate 2-Carton

Spic and Span Clean + Disinfect is a hospital-grade multipurpose concentrate that cleans, degreases and disinfects hard surfaces in one step. It is suited for facility managers and cleaning crews who need a single product for floors, countertops and glass.

Sustained cleaning performance

The concentrate maintains its disinfecting efficacy across repeated applications without a pre-cleaning requirement, cutting through heavy grease and drying streak-free on non-waxed floors and other hard surfaces throughout extended cleaning shifts.

Simple dilution and use

No assembly is needed; the liquid concentrate is diluted according to label directions and applied with standard mop, bucket or spray equipment. The only common issue is over-concentration, which can leave residue if the recommended dilution ratio is not followed.

Questions about this item

Does the concentrate release strong fumes or heat when used for long cleaning sessions?

The product is a liquid concentrate with no heating element or powered mechanism, so it produces no heat and no mechanical noise during use.

What equipment or protective gear must I already have to dilute and apply this concentrate?

You need a bucket or spray bottle for dilution, clean water, and standard cleaning tools such as mops, cloths or a sprayer; the concentrate itself requires no special dispenser.

Will this hospital-grade disinfectant damage older sealed wood floors or vintage countertop finishes I want to keep?

It is formulated for all hard, non-waxed surfaces and dries streak-free, but always test a small hidden area first on delicate or aged finishes.
