Commercial kitchen detergent

Dawn Manual Pot/Pan Detergent supplies a high-surfactant liquid formula that targets greasy soil on pots and pans. Each carton contains four one-gallon bottles for high-volume manual washing. The blue solution cuts through residue and lifts it away without mechanical agitation.

Upgrade from smaller bottles

Switching to the 128 fl oz bulk pack reduces reorder frequency for operations that wash large batches daily. The jump is worth it when sink refills interrupt workflow or when per-ounce cost matters more than shelf space.

Manual washing limit

The detergent is designed for hand-washing only and does not replace machine warewashing chemicals. It cannot sanitise surfaces to commercial dishwasher standards. Heavy baked-on carbon may still require soaking or mechanical scrubbing beyond what the surfactant achieves alone.

Questions about this item

How much space does each 128 fl oz container need on a shelf?

Each 1-gallon jug requires room for a standard rectangular bottle plus headroom for the cap and pouring clearance.

What is the correct dilution step that users often skip?

The product is a ready-to-use liquid solution; the common error is diluting it when the high-surfactant formula is designed for direct application.

When should the 4-carton supply be reordered for a busy breakroom?

Reorder when the open jug runs low, as each carton provides four 128 fl oz containers with no concentrate mixing required.
