Magnetic Octa Softbox for A-Series Flashes

The Profoto Clic Softbox Octa 2' is a light modifier built for Profoto A-series flashes. Its magnetic Clic mounting system lets photographers attach or remove the softbox in seconds without tools. The octagonal shape produces natural catch-lights and even fall-off for portrait, fashion and product work.

Check Flash Compatibility Before Buying

This softbox only fits Profoto A-series flashes that support the Clic magnetic mount; older Profoto heads or third-party units will not connect. Verify that your flash model is listed as Clic-compatible in its own specification sheet. The built-in stand adapter accepts standard 5/8 in studs, so confirm your light stand or grip hardware matches that fitting.

Built-In Handle and Clic Ecosystem

A tilting handle is moulded into the softbox frame, allowing handheld operation or precise angle adjustments on a stand. The unit also accepts other Clic light-shaping tools such as grids, gels or barn doors that snap onto the same magnetic rim. No separate diffuser panels or speed-rings are included in the box.
