Spindle for surface-mount mortise locksets

The Progressive Hardware 45-20-P is a satin-chrome swivel spindle designed for surface-mount mortise locksets and compatible hardware. It fits doors that require a 9/32-inch square shaft with 20 threads per inch and a built-in stop.

Straightforward installation with basic tools

The spindle threads directly into the lock body using the 20 TPI specification, so no specialised equipment is needed. Builders who need a different shaft length, square size or thread pitch should select an alternative spindle.
