Compatible Acer Projector Models

This ceiling mount fits Acer R245R, U5220, U5220B, U5320W and U5520i projectors only. It is built for installers who need a secure, model-specific attachment rather than a universal bracket. The machined plate ensures the projector hangs correctly with minimal coverage. Buyers with any other projector model cannot use this mount.

Included Hardware and Adjustment

All mounting hardware and detailed instructions come in the box for direct attachment to drywall or wooden beams. The arm positions the projector roughly 5 inches from the ceiling and allows 360 degree rotation plus pitch and roll movement. Maximum tilt reaches 80 degrees in either direction. The mount is not designed for drop or false ceiling installations.

6061-T6 Aluminium Construction

The mounting plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminium for durability and precise fitment. This material choice supports the projector weight while leaving adequate space for heat to escape. The fixed 5 inch extension length cannot be altered, so rooms requiring a different drop distance need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the mounting plate or hardware need periodic replacement?

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate and included stainless hardware are built to last and do not have a scheduled replacement interval.

What limits how far the projector can be tilted during long sessions?

The mount allows a maximum tilt of 80 degrees in either direction, which is the mechanical limit under sustained use.

Does the bracket add heat or noise when the projector runs all day?

The open aluminium design leaves clearance for projector exhaust and adds no moving parts, so it contributes no extra heat or noise.
