Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Build

This ceiling mount is precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium for durable, lightweight support. It positions the projector roughly five inches from the ceiling and includes all hardware plus detailed instructions for a straightforward drywall or beam installation. The design leaves ample space around the projector for heat to escape during operation.

Perfect Fit for Listed Epson Models

The mount is engineered exclusively for the Epson PowerLite Pro G6870 G6870NL G6900WU G6970WUNL projectors; it will not fit other models. Buyers with different projectors or who need a drop-ceiling solution should look elsewhere. The mounting plate supplied may differ from product images but is guaranteed to match the listed units only.

360° Rotation With ±80° Tilt

The single specification that determines suitability is the articulated joint offering full 360-degree rotation plus 80 degrees of tilt in any direction. This range allows precise image alignment from a fixed ceiling point. If your installation demands greater tilt travel or a different mounting pattern, this unit will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

What type of ceiling structure do I need for the 5-inch drop mount to attach securely?

The mount includes all hardware for direct installation onto a drywall ceiling or a wooden beam; it is not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Will the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium plate still fit if I keep an older Epson PowerLite Pro G6870NL in the same room?

Yes, the plate is cut specifically for the G6870, G6870NL, G6900WU and G6970WUNL models, so any of those projectors will mount correctly.

How can I verify the mount is installed correctly once the projector is hanging?

Confirm the unit sits roughly 5 inches from the ceiling, rotates freely through 360 degrees, and tilts smoothly within the ±80 degree range without binding.
