Dedicated Acer Projector Mount

This ceiling mount is designed exclusively for Acer A1P2001 AWX2002 EF330i EW330 FD-230 430i and K731 projectors. It replaces universal brackets with a CNC-machined plate that matches the factory mounting points of those models only. Builders needing a different projector fit will need a separate solution.

Aircraft Aluminium Structural Rigidity

The mount body is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium to resist flex during permanent installation. Fixed geometry keeps the projector locked at roughly five inches from the ceiling without sag or drift over time. There are no moving tension joints that could loosen under continuous vibration.

Rotational Freedom and Thermal Clearance

The coupling rotates 360 degrees and allows pitch and roll adjustment plus 1-1/2 inches of lateral shift for lens centring. Minimal plate coverage leaves the projector vents unobstructed so heat escapes normally. Not intended for drop or false ceilings.

Questions about this item

How much heat clearance does the 6061-T6 aluminium plate leave around the Acer A1P2001 projector?

The CNC-machined plate uses minimal coverage so adequate space remains for heat to escape during continuous operation.

What tools or extra parts are needed to mount this bracket on a solid ceiling?

All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included; you only need basic hand tools and a solid ceiling structure.

Will the 360-degree rotation and lateral shift still align the lens if my existing ceiling joists are off-centre?

Yes, the coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left-right adjustment plus full rotation and pitch to centre the lens on older installations.
