Acer Projector Ceiling Mount

This ceiling mount is designed exclusively for Acer AF550B AS550B AW550B AX550B BS-030K BS-130K projectors. It positions the unit 13 to 20 inches from the ceiling using a telescoping arm that adjusts in 1 inch increments. The plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for a precise fit. All necessary installation hardware is included.

Installers Needing Lateral Lens Alignment

The Lateral Shift Coupling provides 1-1/2 inches of left and right adjustment to centre the projector lens when the mounting surface is off-centre. Full 360 degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustments allow flexible image placement. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations. Buyers with different projector models or those requiring a flush ceiling fit should look at other options.

13 to 20 Inch Adjustable Drop Length

The telescoping extension sets the projector approximately 13 to 20 inches away from the ceiling. This specific drop range is the critical measurement for determining if the mount suits the room height and screen position.

Questions about this item

Does the mount generate any noise or heat during continuous use?

The mount is a passive aluminium structure with no moving parts, so it produces no noise and no heat of its own.

What existing hardware is required before this mount can be installed?

You need a solid ceiling joist or concrete anchor point and standard tools; the mount includes all bolts, spacers and the projector-specific plate for the listed Acer models.

Will the 13 to 20 inch extension range still work if I keep my older Acer AF550B projector?

Yes, the telescoping column adjusts in 1 inch steps from 13 to 20 inches and the CNC plate is made for the AF550B among the compatible models.
